Since you can't come to the farm, we're going to bring the farm community to you...Join the FINNRIVER INCIDER SPACE— because we're all in this together!
Join us for as we gather in virtual community space to continue growing and learning together and to nourish our collective resilience.
Finnriver is an advocate for celebrating the culture in agriculture, and we want to continue convening community and growing our creative capacities. As we enter a dynamic time of adversity, change and many unknowns, what we DO know is that we still need each other!
HOW IT WORKS
We invite folks who are participating in Incider Space events to make a sliding scale monthly membership contribution. Participants will have access to our weekly calendar of Zoom-based lectures, musical performances, community conversations, and Q&A with local artists, musicians, writers, activists and more. We will be developing content that affirms the human spirit and bolsters our sense of interconnectivity through these times.
Once you make your purchase you will be able to download this week's list of zoom links and passwords. We will also email you a weekly calendar of events and zoom links for the following month. We are not posting the links on social media to avoid disruption from hackers and have activated Zoom security settings.
If you have any questions or difficulty accessing our content, please contact Evelyn at email@example.com
We're also offering a series of "Live Music in the Living Room" concerts on Friday and Saturday evenings and Cider Happy Hours on Saturday afternoons— via Facebook Live.
Your contribution to the Incider Space will help sustain our staff in coordinating this project and many of the events will also include a link to a virtual tip jar for the performer or host, to help support them directly.
Zoom is an on-line gathering portal with versatile audio/video options that allows you to choose your level of participation.
All events are 'all-ages' unless otherwise specified and we ask for participants to agree to be kind, patient, 'family-friendly' and to support the intention of the space to grow healthy community.
Despite the disruption to our business-as-usual and the need for physical distancing, we see this virtual initiative as a potential community builder as it opens doors to a deeper level of conversation and communion around our collective vulnerability, courage and capacity to evolve.
